How to?
Fill the portafilter with fresh espresso grind, apply pressure and lock the portafilter. Fear not, it's a robust piece of kit, built to last.
Pour on hot water, boiled in a kettle or on a stove. The water is directed to the heat-insulating glass composite pressure chamber by simply lifting the arms.
Pulling the arms down applies all the pressure needed for real espresso. Expect to feel some resistance, the amount is up to you. A good extraction takes 25 to 30 seconds to extract all those wonderful oils and aromas from the coffee.
